X3 and 2012 C coming soon
For windows...one microfiber towel to apply Stoner's Invisible Glass and one for drying (removing). They actually make microfiber cloths just for windows. They are hard to grip, but they work very well.

Window cleaning/inside
http://www.griotsgarage.com/product/90247.do
I spray on some Invisible Glass and then use this tool to clean the inside of the windshield and rear window. The pointed end makes it easy to get the bottom edge of the rear window clean. One pad to smear the cleaner around and the other to dry the glass.
When I first used it, I wished that I had had it years ago. Takes all the work out of window cleaning and it's cheap.

another tip:
Use a "california blade" to get water off of any surface quick after rinsing. then dry with a microfiber towel. This keeps water stains from getting baked in.
I like "black magic" liquid wax for the paint and rims, and the tire gel for the tires for a long lasting shine.
