I've seen pics of the MM screen on blue color. Even the one showing the new ipod adapter in 1 of the threads (I think form the midcity eng.).
Is there a way to change the display to that color, or that's the color on the canadian/european models?

I saw that same photo and thought, "I'd pay money to change that damn brown color." Right not, I keep my MM display on the night setting - it just looks better to me. But not as good as that blue color.

 

How do you mean blue color? There is a way to change the diplay colors to day or night mode. Night mode is dark bluish or you can keep the settings in automatic , which means in day you will have brownish brighter display and at night dark bluish. In MM , go to SYSTEM , then DISPLAY,

It looks to me like it is just a bad pic of the night view.

 

It's not. Night display has different degrees of gray.
I've seen it before in edmund's website too.

 

The C-Class Brochure also has a picture of a map in the GPS and it's in Blue...

 

I could be wrong, but I believe that is the grey. I think that it just looks blue in the picture because of the lighting.

Those pictures are taken in Night mode but the camera they use has a filter on it. This is what gives it that "blue" color.
