Haha, well I understand his argument to an extent. Maybe 'waste' wasn't the right word, but I got the gist. I too wish it was an AMG or had some aftermarket wheels- but I made due.

Dont dis someones car cus you have a nicer one. Dont forget the C63 will out do your car pal.
u totally miss the point here... i was simply commenting that if you are going to do the "c class" photo shoot, you might as well shoot the best of c class with a few simple mods like tint...

c63 is a different body type slightly, and a different forum

obviously a c63 and any mercedes not a c300 can kick the crap out of me...

"tool"... way to use a name to call me that is beyond played out... you might as well call me a "douche" if your trying to be hip with your name calling

sorry, waste was definitely the wrong word, cus the pics were awesome regardless... i was simply making a teasing comment at what possibilties would be with slight changes to the vehicle

It's all good, man. Like I said- I agree.

And if you want to rectify this situation, I travel anywhere in the US to shoot a car...

Thanks for sharing your the specs, it's good to see how to properly use a camera and lenses. Personally I have lots to learn before posting quality pics.

Well, it's my profession. I'd hope I was making quality work by now.

Thank you! The motion shots were achieved through the use of a rig. Similar to what these guys sell: http://www.automotiverigs.com/ only I had mine custom fabricated and it attaches to the car differently.

Agreed; that's why I had mine custom made free of charge in return for photographing the engineer's '69 Charger for free.

These pictures are outstanding and really do the design of the new C-Class justice...even if it is (like mine) "just a stock C300 without Mods or Tint"...

You obviously have to have equipment that does what its suppose to do, but don't minimize the technical skill of notbland. Look at the composition and the lighting. Those things just don't happen by themselves.

From a pro photographer to notbland....very well done !!! You've got the talent, not get those photo jobs.

oh, no doubt. skill is a big component, about at par with equipment, and post production. I'm just amateur photographer who does it as a hobby, but yeah, big props. I ended up getting the D90, which covers up my skill shortfalls somewhat
