Anyone used "Wheel Wax"

It certainly seems true that German car's high performance brake pads shed a lot of brake dust compared to domestics and Japanese. Has anyone used Wheel Wax? It claims to have antistatic properties, in addition to the slick wax surface, to keep the wheels free of brake dust longer as well as making them quite easy to clean.
Anyone have any experience with it?

Is Wheel Wax an actual product? Since they are painted I use the same wax on my wheels as I do on the body of my car. The aftermarket wheels on my car don't seem to get as dusty as the OEM ones. Is it because of the wax or being more open and allowing better airflow I couldn't tell you.

Yes. It's all I use. It seems to be like any other wax, but it does last a bit longer. I wax the insides of the wheels too. Light to moderate dirt and brake dust comes off easily. Tar comes off easier than with no wax at all. I also use a soft micro fiber wheel brush. It's almost like a California Duster. It allows for easy cleaning of the tight areas and the insides of the wheels.

I use it, it works, but not as well as claimed. It can't hurt to put a quick coat on after cleaning your wheels.

No The Wheel Wax does not work as well as claimed. It also takes a little effort and time to apply the two coats as well. However, their Wheel Wax Extreme Black tire dressing when applied heavy with a dampened sponge is fantastic. No slinging (and the W204 w/the larger 17 inch AMG wheel option does sling other dressings big time). Also smells nice too!

It's definitely better than no wax. I like it. No matter what, wheels need to be cleaned at least once per week if you want them to look good all of the time. I can't wait until PBR/Axxis makes pads for this car. That will cure most of the brake dust issue.
