Are all C300/350s wired with everything from the factory...
but then the options you purchase (P1/P2) dictate what switches and/or hardware are placed in the vehicle? I want to add various things, but it would make things much easier if it were plug and play.

According to an MB document, wiring harnesses contain the wiring for the car as equipped. For example, a car without MM will not contain any provision for adding it later.
