iphone 3G adapter
I know there were a bunch of threads on this, and maybe someone has already posted this but i thouight i'd post anyways. I ordered an adapter from the link below and it works very well. i am able to charge my 3g iPhone and also still play music. I do get a warning telling me that this device is not made for the iphone, but that is just to put it into airplane mode to get rid of EMI.

the site is kinda shady, and shipping takes for ever. but i think its worth it, especially after you spent $300+ on the ipod kit.
