I'm worried that our 5" screen resolution is too low though.

It looks frickin amazing. That is exactly what I want (if it is legit). I would like more info on the GPS input.
If you go into the diagnostic mode for the screen it shows the display is capable of much more than oem uses.

The control knob next to the shift gear can be used to operate AV sources of below brand

dont really know wat they meant, but seems u can choose the GPS brands. Gramin will definitely be a good choice.

garmin has a universal gps unit gvn 53 i call it the black box. it should just plug right in to the harness this is awesome you have no idea i've been trying to work on something like this with no luck. heres a link https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?...pID=10573:bow:

i think the control or the back button lets you changes from the different AV modes......i emailed the seller about the rear view camera, i hope it switches when in reverse

I still haven't receive an answer (i also contacted the ebay seller btw). But I did some more digging...

I tried calling him though skype, but it gives me an error and says "try again later".

I'm pretty sure we can get this for around $200.

I also did some googling for their products and it appears that the way the rearview camera works is by tapping the reverse light wire or something; it.

there's a installation guide. i've got Parktronic System, so dont really need to put a camera.

Why would a guy from Portugal be selling stuff from Taiwan that is suppose to be made in North Korea? That is the strangest route for an item to be sold. Why are the Taiwanese is not selling it directly? But hey, does he have any customer(s) who bought it and installed it? Is the non MM screen capable of colors?

You will be amazed of where all the stuff sold con eBay comes from. I don't think is uncommon to see that it comes from Asia. The question is why it's not being offered by any of the US eBayers.

The non-MM screen is full color, but i'm not sure what the resolution is and how well will it display a video source(camera, dvd, etc)

Thats the question, it's full color, but i have the ugly brown color in my screen....

Well, If you haven't seen the 7" navi screen, the menu is the same color as ours. It only uses full colors for the maps and dvds, everything elese is brown.

I always use my display on night mode, which is more black/white instead of brown.

Isnt there any technical person who can make a converter, so that the output is and the input is in nice collors? With a color box you can put between headunit and display? Come on, make a color box for the 7"and 5"

I really dont understand why the didnt make it the same color as the instruments or something like that.

i assumen the guy from Portugal is a distributor of the Taiwan company, the device is made in Taiwan. that device from Korea is different
