Scuffed seats - how to improve?
hi all, my black leather sport seats' side bolster is showing some signs of scuffing - some parts already turned white. Even though I rubbed a copious amount of leather seat conditioned on it, the white scuff marks are still there. My car is only 2 months' old and I don't wear jeans.
Does anyone else have this problem, and what can I do about it?

2011 BMW 335xi titanium silver.
Any pics?
Maybe your cell phone or case is rubbing against the leather. If the leather is aging prematurely, them perhaps the dealership can do something about it.

If it's only two months old, you would have had to do something really rough to it or it is simply a bad piece of leather and needs to be changed by the dealer.

This person's thighs could sit on the bolster, or the body dimensions just so that they rub coming in and out. How do I know? I am aware of this on my car. The leather isn't rubbed yet, but I don't use the car as much as most - but it's inevitable.
If your dealer won't help - I suggest leatherique - find the manufacturer of that leather conditioner. They also sell leather dies and repair kits. Really good stuff.
Good luck!

it is on the outer side of the seat bolster. I suspect that the seat belts retracting might have something to do with it
