Can someone explain the difference between the two? They look the same to me; however they are different in price. I would really appreciate it if someone explains the difference.

I am asking a general question. It can be any aftermarket carbon fiber lip vs wind splitter. I am asking more about the look of lip vs a wind splitter on a C350. I have seen the wind splitters on BMW's and Infiniti's.

Normally lip spoilers just extend the edge of the bumper where wind splitters extend underneath the whole front bumper and include support rods (more race inspired).
A lip will be more contoured and shaped where a wind splitter is just a sheet of CF.
