And I'm not trying to front like I have a V8 ... I don't taunt drivers into races or try to fool me. I live in Miami, for crying out loud. Even a C63 is a common car!

Looks hot, but that AMG badge.... that will only get you a LOT of attention from real AMGs, and not on a very social way.

You paid 700 bucks for plastic wood trims that look horrible?
Look at this picture: http://i257.photobucket.com/albums/h...C/IMG00055.jpg
Cheap and tacky looking, would fit perfect in a Chinese made car though..

Harsh! First of all the car looks great. I thought of getting red as well, but went with silver. As far as the wood kit, it looks close to the Black Maple wood that came with my C350. My only comment is that I think it looks better in fewer places. The factory kit does not cover the entire stereo/nav and ac vents in the center for example.
Since I am new I will comment on the AMG thing. Let it go!!!!! We all do things to our cars that others are not going to agree on or like. For example I cannot understand why anyone would lower a 45,000 car, but I don't bash those that do. I think they look great lowered, it's just not something I would do.
The chinese comment was a cheap shot. Let's be real, what exactly are we doing different from the ricers? We add exhaust (granted, ours are not coffee cans), lower the cars, put 19's on them, splash them with carbon fiber, do ecu tunes to make them faster, etc.. The only real difference is that ours is a high end luxury car instead of a 20,000 chinese made car.
Posing???? If you like it, stick it on!! Am I posing because I have AMG wheels that came with my car from the factory? How is it really any different from putting AMG grilles, exhaust, lights, wheels etc.. on the car? Those that know AMG will notice the aftermarket AMG upgrades with or without the badge. IMO, to each is own and there are some awesome looking cars on this forum, AMG badge or not.
Anyway, I just think maybe we should provide some constructive comments and keep the poser/ricer thing to ourselvers.

I didnt say anything about the car itself or its color, I think that non metallic red looks great and that color was my second choice after white.
Its the plastic fake wood that bothers me, it lookes so cheap and bulky and out of place, and the HU among others are most likely ruined as they wont come off without leaving permanent marks on the surface.
I am not comparing to ricers wich are Japanese and not Chinese, I am refering to Chinese cars wich have a well earned reputation of being cheap and plastic looking.
