This only plug-and-play on cars that came with the paddle shifters from the factory. There is no way you can add that to your car if you currently dont have paddle shifters without some SERIOUS modifications.

Read this description. It clearly states that the paddle shifter wont work if your car didnt came with it.

You could, however, hardwire the paddle shifters to the wires on the +/- on your stick, but it is a lot of work. There was a thread around with a link that explained how to do it on a BMW (similar process).

That looks like a different link.
I don't see in the description a prerequisite.

I do see ....
Fit for all W204 C200, C230, C280, C350 (not C63)

Not arguing , just wondering.
No chance car comes with plugs for shifter in harness ?
Thx for your input.

2016 C450 AMG, 2012 C350 4Matic Sport
Can anyone confirm whether or not paddle shifters are available for the C350 4Matic from the factory? The Canadian brochure and web site indicate N/A for the C350 4M, standard for the C350 RWD, and optional for the C300 RWD and 4M.

Similarly, I am puzzled that the Dynamic Handling Package is not available in the 4Matic models. Anyone know why?

Flagman, I emailed the dude in HK and he says 08 3 spoke steering wheel has two sockets where the paddles plug into, and no reporgraming is needed. But I suspect some drilling is needed. Felt around the back I only found the two screw holes for holding the airbag.

I'm having trouble removing the airbag, as the two screws are not regular philips head.

i know this one guy who did get some bootleg ones and put them on a w203 , i think he set them to toggle like these neon lights on and off. I reminded him he was not driving a Honda civic anymore. He was a good sport about it. MB Tech here in Albany , NY said basically ur gonna void ur electrical warranty just to look cool. I agreed.
