Thread bolt
Does anyone know the thread bolt on the C350? I order new 19 inch rims and the invoice says 12x1.5 however on H&R website it says 14x1.5.

14mm is correct.
You may want to double check seat shape & shank length for your new wheel.

The wheel bolts on the W204 C are 14 mm [the W203 was / is 12mm, but MB is seems to be trying to settle all the cars on a 14mm size].
