BlackBerry Bold works 100%. Nokia 6300 (S40) cannot send all contacts by BT, go figure one by one Going to export them to laptop and then send them.

As far as I know you should get this at the parts department at your MB dealer. MB made this cradle after Iphone released the 3G version because of the bluetooth problem of the Iphone. Paid about $500 for this thing (works fine but IMO not perfect it don't shows sms and you don't have your own ringtone just a crapy MB one....but I had the same prolem with the W203).
You need the comfort phone option (which may be part of a package, or standard, on US cars) that gives you the phone connector in the glovebox for the iPhone cradle to plug into.
iPhone cradle also has an audio output that can connect to an iPod kit or Media Interface with the appropriate additional lead.

For those of you that said a Blackberry works, did you simply go to the Bluetooth menu, highlight the car paring, and select "Transfer Contacts" from the pop-up menu?
Thanks in advance!!

Just figured I'd add it here in case anyone else experiences it, but with Sprint on a couple of different versions of Motorola razors, I've found that if you (from the phone side) try to transfer contacts as "Send Business Card" it will import, but incorrectly/unusable. If you transfer as "Send this Contact" instead (again, from the phone side), it will send the info correctly.

I have the answer yes it can be done, here is a link with the procedure.

It can be done via the phone business card process, or via the Mercedes Benz SAP phone cradle form the sim card directly.
hope this helps!
Here are some more helpfull links.

Blackberrys are different, you cant download the phone book, but you can off the sim card with the new Comand system.

2009 C300 SPORT 4MATIC
HOW I DID IT
1. Paired my bluetooth laptop (131) with the car;
2. Imported business cards (.vcf) from Outlook into bluetooth exchange folder;
3. Set the car in business card "receive" mode;
4. Pushed the business card(s) to the car via bluetooth;
5. Car received each card and stored it in the address book.
Yes, you have to do it one by one but each transfer takes only a second so overall it's fast.
(Pics are not in order but you get the idea.)

Then go into the Tel menu and then select Receive Business Cards. The screen should show "Ready to recieve" w/ a count of zero.
On your Storm, go into BT settings, scroll down to MB Bluetooth and hit the Menu button. You should have a Transfer Address Book option. Hit that and the car should receive all your contacts. Very quickly, I might add.
This worked for my Pearl yesterday w/ my non-MM system...
