Another Reason to hate FJ MB LV
I just keep finding more and more reasons to hate Fletcher Jones MB in Las Vegas.
I called to order the C300/350 exhaust tips (204 490 63 27 & 204 490 64 27) and they want $140.00 each. I just called Arcadia in Cali and they only want $81.27 each.
What a joke. If MB let another dealer into the Vegas market, FJ would go out of business from their poor customer service and their over pricing.
They tried to screw me when I went to go buy my c300. I have a 770 credit score, no debt, was putting 2/3cash down, and they wanted to give me 9.68%. Not to mention they did not disclose the % so i had to ask. Their reply was "its roughly 9%". I had to pull out my finance calculator and calculate it on the spot. I ended up walking out, calling MB of Westminster in Colorado and having my new car shipped to Vegas.

When I was getting price quotes for my C300 in May of '08 Fletcher Jones in OC California gave me the lowest quote but i had heard nightmares about these guys with service and other problems like "added costs" and financing confusion after you get the quote. I'd rather pay a little more and know the dealer is a good one that will stand by it's product than save $1000 and have nothing but problems with the dealer...

I noticed you just picked up your car last month, wasnt the financing available then too?

This was end of Sept when i went to FJLV. When I bought it in Colorado it was Nov, so I got the special there.

I had a bad experience at FJ in NewPort Beach. They were trying to sell me an 08 fully loaded for 40,000 [this is without tax etc] and with a Check Engine problem! 
At first, they had NO idea where the car was and after 30 mins of waiting while they searched, they finally found it and were whispering among each other when it was brought in.. I had a bad gut feeling about the car.. and it was incredible how they tried to persuade me. After I walked out and said No thanks, they called me three times trying to make a better deal with an excuse that the check engine is just because "the gas tank wasn't sealed correctly" and that they could not lower it because of all the options that it was practically a steal.. and this was about 3-4 months ago.Figures why the dealer kept saying " We are number one"..
Today I went a diff. Mercedes for a check and spoke to the inventory manager, he told me that many people complain about Fletcher Jones he asked me" have you seen their bathrooms? their napkins are almost satin and guess where thye get the money to buy these things?... by overcharging their customers"
