08-C350 black/black
c63 hood
would any modifications be needed to make it fit with the fenders? where can i find one? would it look good on the c350 w/o the bumper only the hood?

It will look good, i also like the look of the C63 hood, it wont fit without modifications. You can buy one by expression motorsports that will fit directly.

Do the search and you will find some topics about it.
