Lease Assumption: 2008 C300 Sport LOADED MD/DC/VA $511 per month
Lease assumption:
2008 MB C300 Sport
Metallic Iridium Silver w/ Gray/BLack MB Tex interior and aluminum trim
Options:
Automatic Transmission
Premium 1 package (sirius radio, heated seats, auto folding mirrors, etc.)
Multimedia Package (harman kardon, navigation w/ hard drive, 6 disc changer)
18 inch 5 spoke AMG wheels
Ipod integration kit
MSRP of this car was $42k. I've negotiated a very nice lease and put down $3,000 in order to have this payment. Asking for $1,500 back upon assumption. I'll pay the transfer fee of $595 out of the $1,500, which is typically the responsibility of the assumer. So I'm really only asking for $905. No dealer will lease this car with these options for $905 down. This is a steal!!!!!
Lease details:
36 months (began September 2008, 32 months remaining, MB Finance will not allow transfer until 6th month - available in February but trying to guage interest now and get an assumor lined up)
12,000 miles per year (car currently has 3,600 miles and is 4 months old, so its slightly under-mileage)
Payment: $511 per month with Maryland state tax included (6.5%)
Car is garage kept since new.
Located in Bethesda, MD. Available by appointment for test drive / showing of vehicle. I'm in NJ about 1 weekend per month and can arrange for it to be seen there as well!
Condition is like new. Not a single ding / scratch / scuff on the entire car. I'm a car nut and extremly meticulous about where I park and leave it.
