Muffler Information
Has anyone installed aftermarket mufflers on an otherwise stock system? I have decided not to got with the x-pipe, and am now considering a Borla or Flowmaster slip on universal. The Remus, Carlsson, Mesterschaft, etc are just too expensive so I thought the universal slip-ons might be a good choice. Any ideas on brands, etc??

Hey Got Thang, it looks like you have done a lot with your exhaust. What are you running...besides the cut out?

I am probably going with SS magnaflows on I the system I am working on. I am still testing the can sizes for the best sound. It will be a bolt-on, axle-back.
I thought the Remus system was reasonably priced. If there was a retailer around other than the sponsor, I'd probably get one just to have around.

Have you got the can size specs handy? I was thinking of crawling under the car today and taking some measurements, but I know you have been working on this for a while and might have all the information at hand.
