After market pads

Has anyone come out with pads that do not dust so much? I know that the rear wheels coated with greasy black goop has been beat to death, dealership
only has O.E.M. pads, I hope that low dusting pads are now available.

I did a search with the words " aftermarket brake pads 300c and 204, and none were found, can anyone lead me to the title that might work in "search" to find what I want?
