1.WHAT IS A GOOD BRAND LOWERING SPRING?
Depends on how low you want to go. Brands to look into are Carlsson, Eibach, H&R.

2.WHEN I LOWER IT, I STILL WANT IT TO FEEL THE SAME OR CLOSE TO THE SAME OF A RIDE!
Most lowering kits, like the Eibach Pro Kit don't affect the ride quality too much. Just stick to a maximum lowering of just 30mm.

3.WHAT PARTS DO I NEED TO DO THIS LOWERING PROJECT?
Just the lowering springs. You can look into getting spring pads to help with the lowering as well. Spring pads are cheap.

4.AND ROUGH ESTIMATE ON COST PLUS INSTALATION??
Depends on where you have it done already. Best for you to ask around your local shops.

X3 and 2012 C coming soon
The first question should be:

I am doing it for looks or performance? Then you should search the W204 forums. There is a good deal of info on what is available (which isn't much) for this car.

Remember, lowering doesn't always equate to improved handling. Lowering, if not done sensibly, can make you car handle worse. Done incorrectly, it can make your car dangerous.

If you want looks, H&R supersports.....if you want ride quality with slight lowering H&R sports or Eibachs.

mostly a Lorinser C-Class
If you want an aggressive look then get the H&R but I made the experience that it will rub when you drive with passengers in the back (BMW 5 series). The Lorinser springs will lower you car about 30mm and it's slightly sportier. The Lorinser springs are good if you have plus sized wheels on your car. It will fill the gap between tire and fender.
I have no experience with the Eibach springs but I have heard they are good.
You should get the installation costs from a shop close to you. If you are interested in the Lorinser springs PM me!

Best (in terms of price, quality, and service) place in the bay I've found for any car mod is Sonic MS in Mountain View. Topline in Burlingame is good too, but expensive.
