2009 first service?
as for the service, you can go in for a welcome visit, but they only rotate the tires (if you have the 17") and address small issues. other than that, its a waste of time and you can wait till 13K for your oil change
I been there for checking my panorama roof last time,coz my roof is poping up right next to right side of panorama roof,they said they going to order new trim panel for change it.
After 1 month i went back there,they juz adjusted it,never change it,they were lied me!
The service advisor name call "RAYMOND DAVINO"[he looks like doesnt like chinese,hate chinese got mercedes],he juz said he did the best on my car!??!juz go for sign yr singnature ..when i look around on my roof ,it seems like nothing adjusted on it..nothing changed still popping up.i dont speak english very well,i dont know what i going to said..then i left.anyway i will try to go other mercedes-benz for service,coz this service advisor in south hampton not nice to chinese!!GTFO chinese!?!?!?

First service is at 10K miles according to RAB in San Rafael CA.

It's sad that this SA is either a hater or simply an all around dumb @$$. Either way, you should talk to the service department manager, the dealership manager or the owner. I remember the pic you posted a while back and that really needs to be fixed.
Don't take no for an answer and at least get another SA.
