Do a search, dozens of threads.

To get you started, I did mine yesterday. This is just for the front locks, the rear door pins are different and require disassembly.

- Grab a towel and set of pliers
- Throw the towel over the door pin, grab door pin with pliers and rotate it left until loose, the front door pins are attached via threads like a screw
- Its on pretty tough, I replaced them with CF ones on ebay

you can use W203 door pins for the fronts, but rears, as mentioned, are a different beast all together. To my knowledge, only Brabus has different pins specifically for 204 rear and fronts.

Lots of cutting and drilling. A quick search of door pins will give you all of the info needed.
