factory accessory NOT the same as 350/AMG spoiler
I ordered the factory trunklid lip from my dealer, part number A2047930188.
Well, when I first opened the box, I knew it didn't look like the same spoiler that comes on the C350 and C63. So I went and compared it to the 350's at my dealer, and its definitely DIFFERENT. It's a lot smaller, and the "edge" doesnt protrude out, its just kind of vertical and flat.
Does anyone know where I can get the spoiler that actually comes on the 350 and AMG? I figured the factory accessory was the same thing!!!
Thanks for any help.

X3 and 2012 C coming soon
Luckily I realized that last year. I subsequently purchased two "OE replicas" and neither were the same as the C63/C350 spoiler. Finally, I bought one from a forum member. You can get them from the dealership, but they are about $500.00 painted.
Here is damaged OE spoiler from ebay. It ended, but I think they still have it. Call 'em. It's probably more of a hassle than it is worth though.

There was another taken right off of a car, but it must have sold. I can't find it. Watch out for the eBay sellers that show a pic of a C63 or C350. I was fooled by that once. I then purchased one from formymercedes.com. It was really nice, but was not the same as the OE spoiler.

When I bought my car, my salesman tried to sell me the accessory spoiler for $395.00 unpainted. I am glad I didn't do it because, I had no clue back then that there are two versions. Even now, most salesmen I have spoken with don't know there is a difference.

I just ordered the "AMG" spoiler for $460 painted. Yes, it's a lot, but I think this one looks the best out of any.
