Tele-Aid / Search and Send
Hi,
I was wondering if anyone who has tele-aid experienced this type of issue. I've only had the C350 for a few days now, but when I send myself an address/map from google maps or yahoo maps, it says it is successfully sent to my car. So I go to my car and nothing happens. I hit the information button and it takes me to a representative. They can manually "push" the info to my car and it instantly appears, but whenever I send it myself, it never seems to reach my car. The operators say it is in the queue, but it doesn't reach my car unless they manually push it to me. They seem a bit clueless on this.. anyone have any ideas??? Thanks..

that happened to me only once. ive used it about 50+ times without a problem. have you made your first, free call to teleaid yet?

I did and found somebody who knew the system pretty well. He said that sometimes the messages get stuck in the queue. So he cleared everything out and we tried again. It has worked great since then. Thank you!
