Vomit on my seats and carpet
Drunk chick at 2am. Vomit all over the seat, carpet, door, in the window track, and all over the exterior side of the car. It look like I went 4x4ing. I'm surprised she didn't puke her internals out.
How the hell do I get the smell out? $10's of carwash vacuuming and carpet cleaner and there is still a slight smell. The perforations in the leather seats did well soaking all this crap up.

Oh man. I feel for ya, that's brutal...
I had a similar experience about 10 years ago in my 3mo. old new car. I cleaned it numerous times but no matter what I did or what I used, I could still smell it for months. I think it just finally went away after airing out for a couple months.
After cleaning it several times, I was desperate and one product I used was this stuff for getting car odors out of carpeting. I had kind of a pleasant sweet smell to it, but I don't remember the name. White bottle with red lettering IIRC. If nothing else it may of covered it up a little. But as I mentioned, I could still catch whiffs of it for months before it finally went away...
Goof luck!

E200C-Fully loaded, Obsidian Black, ILS, Panoramic roof and some other bits and pieces.
Use the Guns you had in the boot and shoot her so she doesn't do it again. Just joking.
Same thing happened to me last year. The best thing ever! Untreated charcoal briquettes.
I shampooed twice. I used baking soda, I used vinegar with NO results.
Put a bag of untreated charchol briquettes and overnight the smell was gone! The only thing that worked for me. This is the easiest thing to do. Just open the bag and leave it open over night and magic.
Trust me this works the fastest, and the best!
I also read somewhere that you can take your car to the fire department or EMS ambulance center. They have things to get rid of the bad smells in vehicles when someone dies in it!
The cost is FREE! After all they are public servants and work for the community which is you so use them to your best advantage!""

Deep shampoo. That's all. Spend another 10 bucks at kragen and buy some deep carpet cleaner. Rub the **** out of your carpet with it. Open all the doors while you do it. Then clean your leather and apply leather protectant. Dont be scared, rub hard. Maybe you heard that before, maybe you havent. Good luck
