Thanks for the warning not that I was planning on going there but if I had a problem and they were the closest MB dealer I would go the extra miles to avoid them.

I bought mine from Rallye, I have yet to go back for any service however.

You should have received a Customer Satisfaction Survey from Sovereign and reported this.

I called them, but management was gone for the day. I will be calling them on Monday. Considering the quality of service any time I've come for repairs I really don't expect much from them. Mercedes should shut them down. I've sent messages through their website before with sales questions and they don't respond, so I really doubt they will respond to a complaint through the website. Thanks though!
