I like it... Where did you get the new bumper from?

quad fogs ftw! would be nice if one can be used as a driving light HID and the other one as a true fog lamp (super yellow)

Outer ones are fogs and other twos are additional high beams

about 2600 EUR (3500 $) including painting and but not include the C63 grille and installation for the bumber.

It's glossy. Trick of the reflection on flat snow on bumper panel facing camera, but if you look at far end of the bumper where you get more reflection of actual objects, you can tell it's glossy. You can see the bottom fender, skirt, and part of the door reflection also gives the flat illusion.
