I bought my C300 at Ewing Autohaus in Plano, Texas. My sales consultant was Larry Reeg based on recommendations here on MBWorld. Larry took the time (even on a busy Sat) to explain every detail of the car to me and I hadn't even expressed any interest in buying. It was fun to listen to his experiences, photos of him building cars, and him touring the German MB HQ as a Master Certified Sales Consultant. As for the service dept, Larry turned us over to Mitzi(?). We were only scheduled to pick up the C300 but I just happened to mention that we were coming in to get the car tinted that weekend. What does Mitzi do? She calls the Body shop and gets the car tinted that day to save us a trip! This is the 12th car I have owned and the best sales experience ever. And the C300 is an excellent drive - much better than the 2005 BMW 325 I owned previously.
