Bluetooth volume

Does anyone find the speaker volume of the bluetooth to be low. I crank my volume to the max and still have trouble hearing callers. Any adjustment for this.

Our W204 volume over BT connection is very loud and clear, I'd preferably tune it down a bit if anything. Could it be your phone?

If its on a iphone, you have to control the volume of the bluetooth on the phone.... during a call, slide open the phone then push the side button on the phone... (the same one thats used to control the ringer..) that should do that. when u are pushing the volume control you will see the bluetooth volume increase on the phone

Just searching for some help on this topic. I have a Blackberry with a 2011 C300. I've got the command system and somtimes the volume (of the callers voice) is too low. I've got it turned up all the way on both the phone and the command.

Any ideas?

I just adjusted the transmit and receive settings on the Command to +2 (Maximum) it's a little bit better but definitely not at a volume where I would consider it too loud. I wish it was louder.

Having the same issue. BT is ridiculously low to the point that I can hardly hear the caller. This is on a brand new iPhone. Haven’t tried the eng setting yet but hard to believe this could be so bad in a 2014 car. My 09 Infiniti had a MUCH better BT system.

Anyone have this issue/ identified a fix?

When on a call, what happens when you use the volume controls on the steering wheel?
