Dead battery, had to jump car, dial won't work -- HELP!!!

Dead battery, had to jump car, dial won't work -- HELP!!!
Okay, so I left my headlights clicked one notch overnight like an idiot and my battery died. I jumped the battery and everything reset on my computer (time, date, etc.) Then after a few minutes it somehow picked up again (which I still don't know how it did), but the dial WON'T WORK AT ALL!!! I can change the radio station by pressing a number on the dial pad, but the actual silver dial won't work at all to go to the navi, phone, etc. Does anybody know what the problem is and how to fix this or do I need to bring it into the dealership for service?? Please HELP! I really appreciate it. Thanks

Have you checked the fuses? Jump starting can easily break electronic control units, unless a fuse saves them. Did you follow the instructions from the car manual?
