I paid $28K plus tax/fee for my steel gray 2008 C300 CPO with 12K miles on it..mine only has P1, Pano & TeleAid..
Consider yours is 4Matic which is $1,500 more, Leather +$1,500, MM +$2,800, P2 +$1,200 & 8K miles less (another +$1,000)
That add up to $36K...if yours is CPO, then it defintely is a really good deal...
yeah mine is CPO, and yeah 28k OTD is pretty good deal too

Of course it's gonna be more expensive it's a new car. There is no questions about new car taking a hit after first year in value. But in this economy, with low aprs and price close to or under invoice it's that much easier to justify buying a new car. If you are buying an MB, what's another 3k-5k to be first owner and have extra year of warranty. Maybe it's a good deal for a used car, but if it's a good deal overall is very debatable. Especially, when I read that at year end people were being offered 7-8k off MSRP on C-Class to clear out inventory.

well my car was a dealer car so i was the first owner of it and saved a good 9k vs buying a brand new one, and even have a better warranty, 5yr 100k miles vs 4/50k, as for 7-8k MSRP well that can vary depending on what the dealership is asking for so i guess its possible but from searching the forms here as well as some other sites and as far as ive ever heard the cheapest anyone has gone down on a brand new car was 5-7% off invoice and those usually were for bone stock/type ones that wern't really selling, is there rare ones that could of been cheaper im sure but very few. yes it great to have a "brand" new car but honestly it was only 3900 miles, u would put that on in 3-4 months, maybe even less and i saved 9k+, i dont know about u but i would rather use that money for something else.

Again...$30,500 + $1,500 for CPO + $1,500 for leather + $1,000 for pano roof + $700 for color adjustment +$800 for miles -$400 for iPod kit..
That's about $35.6k in my book..similar to what CRAZY BOY PAID..

Gosh..crazy boy..you made me obsessed w/ this thread...
