"Audio format unknown" with MP3 files.
Hey guys,
I finally got a 16GB compact flash card and a transcend CF adapter,loaded about 2GB of songs on it,tried it out the first time it worked fine.But ever since i get this message "Audio format unknown" whenever i try to play the songs.i am sure all the songs are in Mp3 format and it worked perfectly the first time.Please any ideas? Thanks.

Hmmmm. Only seen that when I first got my car and was seeing what audio formats it could play. I was testing ogg and wmv. Was only able to play .mp3, but I've haven't seen that message yet.
Once in a while I do get a message that is something like "No readable files" and I have to eject my SDHC card and re-insert it in to my PCMCIA adapter.
Triple check that you only have .mp3 files on the card and none of the Mac or Windows droppings in there.

I know on my cell phone if you put a song that has too long of a file name it corrupts the SD card and it doesn't read properly. I would suggest trying to not use excessive characters when naming the files.
