It should just be a software flash, I'd say about $1-200? Depends on the area you live in.

sitting at the dealership now for service, they said there gonna plug it in and check for codes.

There won't be any codes. Have them check for the TSB about the reverse delay issue.

Brought in my 2010 c300 yesterday to the dealer and my reverse delay was fixed no charge of course as I was still under factory warranty.
