iPhone (1st Generation) Address Book

I have the original iPhone and was wondering how to import the phone # into the COMAND module, or is that not possible? There is mention of Business Card (vCards) but this in new terminology to me. I don't see any "Export Business Cards" on the iPhone... but I do see Import Business Cards on the COMAND screen but it is grayed out.

Any guidance appreciated...

Have you tried using the PCMCIA card option? Or if you have a older phone with Bluetooth you could send the vcards over with that device.
If you sync your iphone with a mac, you can find free software that exports your address book into vCard format 2.1. If you are on a PC, just use outlook express.

Thank you. I found software to convert my Address Book to vCard, transferred those files to a CF card, used the PCMCIA slot and transferred the entire file. Just finished adding Voice Name to each entry so I am in business.

Thanks again for your help.
