Removing rear seat?

Hey guys, I'm currently doing a pretty hefty audio install today, and I'm having tons of trouble removing the rear seat pad. I've undone the two front "hooks" and pulled the rear part of the pad up, but there is still something holding it down.
Is there a screw/bolt that I can't see? Just where abouts is it?

Thanks,
Ron

I am told by my service manager that after pulling up the seat corners as you have done, you must push the seat very firmly backwards towards the rear of the car to unhook the rear clips. I have not so far been successful. Interested to know how you go.

Maybe a small floor jach with a plank and some towels would help push it back while you pull up?
