Question Is there a customised navi like the BMW Pro Nav?

BMW has a Nav Pro which can be edited to show (fixed) speedcam locations. Someone edited it so that you can set these to show as POI and I have it in the X5... It's great!
Any possibilities for this on the MB Comand?

Have thought about a Valentine One Euro, but Belgian police can legally impound your car and they will take it from you... forever and fine you several thousands of euros and take your license for several years.
But jailtime to 3 years doesn't get executed over here. Does anyone still understand? So gangsters can run free and civilians get ****ed in their ***. But that's just an offtopic rant

So anyone know of such hacks for the Comand?

edit: link
If you get any working answer, please let me know.
I also would like to complete the list of POI.
I have a W211 with COMAND DVD.
I already looked into some files from the MAB NAv DVD 5.0 and I can find the POI in there.
I don't know how to generate new entries.

I don't think so It depends on map design and system design specially for this car.

BMW idrive is not only the best Nav for me,it's also flexible and usefull about all car check at default.

It should be possible to get a speedcam list in the navi and showing them as POI, just like any Shell or MB garage does from default.
