yes. It's not really that bad though. Just like your sidemarkers, they have those plastic pins. and a few screws.

I have never seen a LED change color after its lit, I have rigged two of these leds (4300) here next to me and I have turned them on and off in different time intervals and I cannot se any color change.

Yes, the light at the sides will always be purple due to the Kelvin temperature. They think they change color but a LED doesn't warm up so it's minimal. Also depends if you move your head and your viewing angle.

Finally got a chance to get the eyelids in yesterday and what a difference. The Polargs were an improvement but these LEDs are much, much brighter. The color, while not quite matching any other light on the front, looks pretty clean...just a hint of purple along the edges.

So do these show error codes for sure? Do i take it to dealer and just reset computer?

It's all in the housing...there are a few pics on here showing the LEDs are super clean bright white but the housing is what distorts the color.

It is not purple it just looks like purple on the edges. That's physics.

Now 12000K, that's purple.

it's more of a violet-blue or indigo than a purple.
At least it's not the ricey purple-pink colored headlights I see from time to time.

Bottom line, I wish they were a little less purple and I wish I had held out for the second group buy since I wasted like $30 buying extras in the first one. But a sincere thanks to AZN for his efforts.
