Nice. I like the flat black. I bought an extra lux grille a while ago that I want to paint black. I haven't done it yet though because I can't decide if I want to paint over the emblem or not...
I really wish someone would make a grille like this without the emblem. I've thought about sanding it down and filling it in with something but I just can't make a decision.

I get a lot of complements on the luxury grille, especially here in Los Angeles where W204's are abundant. Once, I took my car for an oil change at the dealer and 3 service rep were admiring the lux grille 
My wife on the other hand prefers the sport grille, so I switch the grilles every 6 months (since it's her car)...here's the current set-up with some new cosmetic mods: covered the door chrome strips with glossy black vinyl (to match the door panels), some vinyl on the bumper (might remove it though), vinyl top side mirrors, sport grill w/ vinyl

wow that black lux grille looks amazing!... damn so sleek! only thing i don't like is the double benz badge lol
