Question, and I really don't mean for you to take any offense to this- Are C63's and M3's really had to come by in Singapore? Or is insurance very expensive over there?

It seems like between your C350 and 335 you put a lot of money into them, why not just start with a C63 and M3 in the first place?

Maybe it's just your personal preference? I'm really interested...

C63 and M3s are stupidly expensive over there. You're looking at six figures.

Yes, you are correct, they both cost a BOMB over here in Singapore. If you are looking at getting a brand new stock M3 from the authorized dealer here ====> list price~US$270,000 !!

Hmmm...where do I start... basically it boils down to cost (see my earlier post) + timing

2 years ago, I wanted a roomier convertible and so I bought the 2-door E93 335 which was just launched then in 2007 (E93 M3 still not available). I kept my 4 door family sedan (Lexus gs300) as I needed 2 cars.

Then I got itchy and got bored with the Lexus as it was too quiet and not much modding potential. As I am keeping the 335, I do not want to spend ~US$100,000 more for a C63 and decide to go for the C350 instead.

Wow, that's incredible! Are those type of fees proportional to what you paid for your C350? Or do the high-demand sports cars get additional fees/taxes tacked on?

Are the ///M and AMG models something that the dealership would tend not to keep in inventory over there, causing each one to be ordered ahead of time?

C350
I think that here in the US we have the cheapest prices, Although we don't have the choice of options other country's have it's still the cheapest.

A friend of mine just got a C350 in Portugal with the same options as mine and paid $120.000 US for it

Not entirely proportional but just as ex...I paid ~US$165,000 for my c350(high spec)

Most of the higher cc models will have an indent period of ~4months as they do not tend to keep stock.
