Took some pictures today of my 350.

100% stock, only future mods I have planned are hard wiring my radar detector as soon as I get some free time. This is a daily driver so I can keep my other modded car in the garage, again, ZERO desire to mod it.

Picked it up about 2 weeks ago. 08 model with P1/P2 package, 18s and I think some other stuff.

anywho onto the pictures!

Wow. Red, like white, looks awfully good with the panorama sunroof panel.

I'm with you on keeping this car original. Nice choice of rims.

Some of the stuff we see on this forum seem to be more appropriate for a camaro than a mercedes.

Camera used isn't really a big deal, it was a Canon XSi, same pictures could have been shot using an old Canon Rebel or Nikon D40, what does it come down to? The lens! Most of the shots were taken with a Canon 85mm 1.8 lens, the last two were shot with a Tokina 11-17 2.8

I learned awhile back not to mod your daily driver. No thanks!

If I were to mod the C350, (if it became a 2nd car) I would shave the badges, lower it, add some wider wheels/tires, and turbo it.

I think using a bit smaller aperture would be better. The depth of field is somehow too shallow

Tokina? the 1.8 lens is a might fine one at that. I just picked up a 500D canon or in america its called T1i. Amazing camera, and finished with some pics of my car!

I always recommend quality lenses and basically stay with the higher end glass offered by the camera manufacturer. I was able to get an adapter to get my Hasselblad 150 lens to work on my 20D Canon camera. Talk about redefining quality.

....and what looks good on a small internet jpeg might not at all work on larger print quality images. Keep that in mind when lens shopping.

you have a mount that fits hasselblad? I have 8 hasselblad lenses but i dont know where to get a mount for my canon 500D. I also have 8 carl ziess lenses that i really would like to use again that fits my old Canon FP. Know where i can buy any of those mounts? my fisheye lens would be awesome for car photography!
