Jus thought i'd start a thread of the upgrades on my car... and update it when i update the whip...
recently installed:
35% Pinnacle Tint
GB Canbus 4300k LEDs
Lamin-X headlight/Foglight Tint Overlay / Tailight Smoke Overlays
(a week old... still need to cure and re-stretch... Lamin X is a lot of work!)

=> Something wrong with the right side of the car (left on pic). Is that hood not closed or misaligned?
Like that Lamin-X though goes well with grey.

man the detailing shop was a waste of time and money... initially they said they could do the lamin-x...
then i got there they said they have never done them and never said they could... i showed him the email where he said he could... he felt stupid... i should have just left but i ended up just gettin the tints done there... 300$
then i had to go to another guy and pay 200$ to put the laminx on... horrible.

That's crappy... I am surprised about the indifferent attitude at the Detailing Shop. Sean seemed quite professional when I was dealing with him by email in '07. Maybe they got too busy to care?
Anyway, my tint from FX is not perfect... there is a row of small bubbles at the corner of the front passenger side window. I was planning to taking it back to Wayne when I have time. We'll see how that goes.
I'm pricing out the parts for diffuser/dual tips. Let me know if you are interested.

+1 I just noticed that as well. Very minute space in between the headlight housing and the hood. I've got a C63 Rep Grille but it doesn't appear that is causing the spacing issues. TB5 have you had any luck getting that side of the hood to sit flush? Strange that this is the 1st time I've noticed this.

Nothing has caused to overlays to melt on me. But the foglight covers do burn or turn brown on the stock bulbs (or any halogen 55w for that matter). I have heard better success with a cooler-running 35w HID kit.
