C300 4matic Sport, CBR 954
i got a great deal on my 300 so i went that route, the 350 would be nice for the power but its not that much to make me wanna pay the extra and i the awd will come in handy.

When I purchased my car you couldn't find a C350 on the lots anywhere. I didn't want to custom order and wait 4-6 months so I found the car I wanted with the options I wanted and got a decent deal when most were paying sticker. When I purchased- you were lucky to find a C in inventory. I do love performance but I would get myself in trouble with more power.

I see you got the LED eyelids, do you have xenons or regulars? If you don't have xenons, how does it look. I have the regular halogens, and I'm thinking of putting the LEDs.

I have the standard halogens and the 4300K Canbus LEDs. The problem with the 4300s is that they tend to look a bit purple(due to the housing) I am thinking of going with the 5000K LEDs as they will likely look quite good with the headlights.

Do you have pics of them on together? Is there a way to put just the eyelids on during the day?

08 C350. Black. P2.
I wanted to get something that may hold a good re-sale value, along with the price that I had paid was perfect. I ended up paying 35,700 for a fully loaded c350.

C350
very inaccurate statement, right now the money factor is much lower on a 350 than it is on a 300... last year your information would have been correct, but right now it is the opposite.

The first click clockwise will give you just the eylids.

Which
The extra 40hp of the 3.5 might be nice at times but I'm getting along fine without it.

I was choosing between the two.. but I would go for c350 4matic just for the panoramic roof alone.. lol i love that thing in my x3 now.
(after.. the choice went to a 335xi.. then ended up with a c63.. but that's another story)

c300 4matic awd
I don't get it why only 6 speed for the manual? Mine got 7 speed. Well my reason is the awd. Since my place snows, i would prefer more stable in handling than a rear drive car. And i fell in love w/ the panoroof in my c300

X3 and 2012 C coming soon
six speed manual. By the time the HP gets to the wheels, the auto C350, doesn't have much more. And the C300 weighs less with auto. If the C350 was offered with a six speed, I probably would have bought it though.

C350 and a Lightning.
They are the same cars. One has slightly more displacement.
I seemed to have got my C350 with everything except MM package for less then many paid for their C300 so it was a no brainer. I drove both and there was a pretty noticable difference in performance between the two. The C350 still needs a lot more hp and torque to really be a "sport sedan" imo.

I don't get why the C350 4matic doesn't come to the US. Its not like it costs them anything more to bring it over here if they offer it in Canada, plus those of us in snow climates would really like the extra power.

I got mine because they couldn't find any manuals, plus my sister would have had to use the car on occasion while I was away in college and she can't drive a stick to save her life.
What I didn't know at the time is that I was heading Northeast for college, so now i'm looking into getting a C300 4matic, since no C350 4matics are available here (boo!).
