rear ended on 405N
The Best of Mercedes & AMG
we're comparing 1993 corollas that sold for maybe $14k when new compared to a brand new mercedes?
not to mention the car that does the rearending almost always looks worse than the one that got rearended.
Actually, the question should be "wtf is up with all these BRAND NEW MB's getting into accidents on the 405?"

My wife's 2009 E350 was rearended on the 405S about a month ago with around 632 miles on the odometer (3-4 weeks after purchase). Damage was minimal (less than OP's)... only 2 indentations left by the license plate screws from the other car. Bumper had to be taken off, sanded, indentations fixed, repainted, and reinstalled. No other damage was present. Total cost was around $1,300. I'm surprised OP's cost under $1,300 given that his damage looks worse than my wife's...

I had too much Tequila
