Question about Service B
When servicing your car at MB, do they care if you have HID and LED around the car(meant to say does it void warranty or it has nothing to do with warranty)? I ask because when i got my A/C fix, there was a note in the bottom saying that it is recommend to change the light bulb to OEM or something. Also for Service B do you get a loaner car or basically you can just ask ?

Not quite correct....
Overall, the laws governing warranties are very clear. The only time a new vehicle warranty can be voided is if an aftermarket part has been installed and it can be proven that it is responsible for an emission warranty claim. However, a vehicle manufacturer or dealership cannot void a warranty simply because an an aftermarket equipment has been installed on a vehicle.
...there are very few things that can "void a warranty."
A dealer, however, is under an obligation to deny warranty service for a failure that they believe was caused by an aftermarket part or modification. This has nothing to do with emissions.
Accordingly, if your LEDs cause some sort of failure, then that failure will not be repaired under warranty.
Please remember that many systems on modern cars are interrelated and a "simple" change like a LED may cause another (normally seen as unrelated) system to fail.
LEDs in partical can cause issues because they draw less power than regular bulbs and can cause "bulb out" messages or cause that lighting unit to shut down entirely. While one can add resistors to add to the draw, those cause their own problems by increasing heat - possible causing a failure...
