Unhappy Comand System Address Book

I am new to the forum so apologies in advance if this subject has already been covered.

I have a new C350 with Comand system and wanted to upload my Outlook address book to the system. I downloaded my contacts to a PCMIA card in CSV format and put the card in the slot. I followed the instructions in the Comand manual on how to perform the upload and basically the menu's I saw on screen were different to what the Comand manual says I should see -end result nothing. I also tried doing an upload via Bluetooth from my Blackberry but again no luck.

If anyone knows a way to prevent me from writing in 400+ addresses . . . . .

Copy only the contacts you want to upload to the root of the card.
go into the phone screen
then bottom left hand on screen to "phone" again
then import external data

the other way is I paired my laptop via bluetooth
then did the same thing but choose "Receive Business Cards"

Many thanks - I will certainly try your suggestions. Must admit I hadn"t thought of pairing the laptop - that's a good one!

Is it a lack of the necessary BT profile on the Blackberry or why is it not possible to send the whole phone book on one go? It works like that on all our MBs (I'm mainly using Nokias but I would expect other brands doing the same).
