interior door trim problem

interior door trim problem
Hello
I am new to this forum, this is my 2nd Mercedes I had a 2001 C 200 Kompressor.
I currently have a 08 C300 sport 4matic.
My issue is with the thin rubber black liner( almost invisible) between the thick black plastic just under the window and the thin metallic strip, which is just above the interior door handle.
This liner is bulging out and looks somewaht frayed, it is not a huge thing, but i cant help not looking at it, I an afraid to try to stuff it back in , since it might fray or break.
Another thing I wanted to know if others have noticed" that interior door handles, do not seem to be scratch resistant and scratch very easily.
Car has only 12000 miles on it, should I let the dealer know.
