Just about to hit the 1 year mark at less than 12,000 so I might spring for it soon.

So far Oakville has the best prices!! Considering if its worth the drive...

I'm considering doing my own oil change and keeping the receipts in case I have to fight with MB later.
I think there is a law of some sort that states that with the proof of regular maintanance (i.e. third party receipts or receipts showing you've purchased the oil & filter) they can't refuse warranty.

You can do your own servicing (or by third party) and they can't refuse warranty, providing you can prove that what needed to be serviced was done. Now, it will probably be a hell of a fight, but you should prevail.
In my case, C350 takes approx 9l of oil + filter = $140 in parts alone if I do it myself. MB would probably take 35% margin on that which would be $190. Add 1hr of labour at approx $100.... you're at $300. And I've seen the mechanics perform 1st service... they don't check anything (if you didn't report a problem), oil change and out the door you go.
Dealers now days make their money in service department only.
