Is it safe to keep ipod connected when I leave the car?
Hi, I just purchased a 2008 C300 4matic Luxury. Its my first MB. I loooove it!
Anyways, my question:
If I keep an ipod in my glove box connected to the cable and leave the car is that safe? or will that drain my battery? I'd try it myself but I don't feel like going through the hassle of jump starting my car if some of you already know the answer

As long as it does not get stolen - yes it's safe to leave it connected.

Same here. My ipod has been connected since April 2008. I've left my car parked 2-3 weeks on more than a couple of occasions and the car starts right up.
