2009 c300 sport - couple quick questions

1) anyone know the best way to get rid of the scuff marks that end up on the dash, inside of the door, sun shade, etc (my interior is all black in case it matters)...they are getting annoying and wonder if there is some miracle product i can buy to wipe them away.

2) just out of curiosity, does anyone use their dvd player (for those who got the nav package?). it doesnt work when you drive but who sits in a parked car to watch a dvd? i only ask because maybe there is a good use to it that im not thinking of. thanks.

1) I use a moist microfiber cloth to clean the scuff marks off.

2) I use the DVD to watch movies while parked while my Wife shops (I HATE shopping). You can also use it to play DVD audio discs.

30 minutes and command shuts off unless you start the car.

C350 and a Lightning.
Watching a DVD while driving, would be a really bad idea, not to mention against the law. That's why it doesn't work.

i totally understand that and agree with it.

thats why i asked about it - why does it even exist? whats the point of having it (besides it coming with the nav package)?

MB W204, VW Polo, Audi R8 V10 - SOLD.
My dealer made a point saying that the best use of the DVD (if you were to use it for movies whilst you were driving) would be for something like a standup comdey show - the audio doesn't cut out when your driving so you can still listen to the jokes, and when you are at a sandstill, the video feed comes back. It sounded like a good idea, although I don;t really use the DVD in the Nav.
