Apparently they come with 66.6 CB now? View the VMR website then click on the V710 Details

I don't know how much more you're into the looks over comfort and practicality, I think 18" is your best choice, especially if you live in the part of the country where you experience harsh winter weather.

True. And 18's do make a difference compared to 17s, no?

This might end up being my choice. Gun Metal 18's with 45mm Offset.

What would be the perfect tire setup for this? (To look good and not stretched or out of place with the rims)

18" x 8.5"
Offset: 45

235/40R18 Front and Back? The Diameter Difference is 1.7% at that size.
225/40R18 The Diameter Difference is 0.44%.

Is our stock 17s, 8 or 8.5"? What do you guys suggest for the perfect tire size?

+1 And also there's a good reason why black wheels persist and proliferate.

Personally, though, I'd go for anthracite or matte black. Glossy black can look corny unless done right. Not played-out, just corny.

Thumbs down

If you like so much what you saw, trade in your MB for a Bimmer. Otherwise you are saying MB has no personality of its own. Of a zillion wheel designs you ought to copy one from another company? That's what I call individuality.

Only MHO.

I think the OP posted these wheels on BMW's because the fact is that there isn't many, if not none, VMR V710 wheels on w204's not because he likes BMW's so much. Many BMW's rock VMR's because VMR makes it specifically for the these cars(there is a market for this particular replica wheel). Think of the J2-made wheels like the Euro 63RS, and alike C63/E63 reps many of us use.

Wheel selection on w204's are tough because of the extreme offset we have on 5x112. There just isn't that many wheels out there that works well with our car.

I envy black cars because they have so much room to work with wheel design and colors yet still coming out looking good. Any of the three colors WORK EXTREMELY well. If I had a choice on black, it would be:

1) Black - Red Time Attack
2) Black
2) Gunmetal
3) Silver

V710's are very tough wheels to time attack so I would recommend getting those powder coated.

Couldn't have said it better myself. I honestly couldn't find pics of the V710 on any mercs, that's why I posted the bmw pics.
