so i was changing my lows and fogs to the phillips ultra vision and i thought i would just try and put some leds in the eyelids well i put the one in and it started flickering so i took it out and put the stock bulb back in but now it dosent light and the only thing that works in a flickering led and my dash says check right parking light?! has this happen to anyone before?

Maybe shorted the fuse? You have to turn off your lights when you change the bulb.
